| 工作描述： |
Gerneral Purpose： ?Develop and realize the electric design in E3 and software control logic required for various bending machine types. ?Develop and qualify the cost-optimized cable solution from various local suppliers for all the TCN serially produced machines. ?Implement all cable relevant engineering tasks for serial machines, like cable drawing update, BoM adjustment, schematics update etc. Main Task: 1.According to the serial development requirements for the bending machines, develop and realize the electric design, finish the BoM change in SAP, update schematics via E3 and support the software control logic development. 根據(jù)各系列折彎機的版本迭代需求，開發(fā)對應的電氣硬件設計方案，在SAP中完成所需的物料變更，使用E3完成對應的電氣圖紙變更，并支持開發(fā)新功能所需的機床邏輯控制軟件。 2.Support the testing department to define the test and verification plan for the new feature and new electric components, define and design the testing fixture, testing equipment and testing program. Perform systematic problem analysis and improve the design when testing results deviates from requirement list 支持測試部門制定新功能以及新電氣原件的測試與驗證計劃，定義并完成測試中所需的電氣工裝，儀器，測試程序，并在測試結果無法達到預期的情況下進行系統(tǒng)化的分析與改進。 3.Continuously follow up with quality, production, purchasing and service feedback about the design relevant and components selection relevant issues. Perform the systematic analysis and implement the improved design. 持續(xù)跟進質量，生產，采購，服務反饋的各種設計，選型的相關問題，并進行系統(tǒng)化的分析與改進方案的落地 4.According to machine’s specific function requirement, establish and create the each cable’s technical specification 根據(jù)機床的特定的使用功能需求，創(chuàng)建對應電纜的技術要求 5.Together with local purchasing department, develop and qualify the local suppliers for the cables’ raw materials. And continuously optimize the cable cost for serial machines. 與采購部門合作，開發(fā)電纜所需原材料的本土供應商。并持續(xù)的優(yōu)化所有系列化生產機床的電纜成本。 6.According to the defined technical specifications of the cables, design and update the cable drawings using the E3 SW. 根據(jù)定義好的電纜技術要求，使用E3軟件來設計和更新電纜圖紙 7.Establish a proper cable qualification process at Trumpf China, like investigation and definition of proper testing plan for various cable types, establishment of testing platform for cables’ dynamic behaviour etc. 在通快中國建立一個規(guī)范的電纜功能測試流程，例如研究和定義不同類型電纜的關鍵參數(shù)測試計劃，電纜動態(tài)特性測試平臺的定義等。 8.Other necessary work relevant with electric design, like switch cabinet design and drawing creation, PLC programming, production support, electrical components localization etc. 完成其它電氣設計相關的工作，如電柜設計和E3圖紙更新，PLC編程，生產支持，電氣零部件的國產化等。 9.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根據(jù)業(yè)務需要，完成直屬經(jīng)理安排的其它工作. |

1.Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上學歷 2.Min 1~3 years work experience in electric R&D department of machine tool company or related. 至少1~3年在機床或相關的 制造企業(yè)中的電氣研發(fā)/工程部的工作經(jīng)驗 3.Experience at product's BOM structure, design improvement process and R&D project process.有產品物料清單結構，研發(fā)改進流程及研發(fā)項目流程經(jīng)驗。 4.Be familiar with E3 (or other electrical diagram SW) and Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..) software. 熟悉E3(或其他類似電路圖紙創(chuàng)建軟件)和 Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..)軟件 5.Experience with PLC programming in machine tool control.有機床控制相關的PLC編程經(jīng)驗 6.Have knowledge and know-how with motor control theory and application experience with servo drive parameterization. 具有控制理論的相關知識，并有伺服系統(tǒng)參數(shù)整定的相關經(jīng)驗. 7.Chinese native speaker. 中文（普通話）作為母語. 8.English is capable in daily working environmentin including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英語可以成功運用在日常的工作環(huán)境下（包含聽說讀寫方面）. 9.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具備高度的責任心和客戶導向意識. 10.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具備獨立應對問題的能力, 思維開放,富有團隊合作意識. 11.Ability to continuously learn.具備持續(xù)學習的能力 12.Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven抗壓能力強，具有強大的自我激勵和目標驅動意識. 13.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中國的所有規(guī)章制度包括但不限于員工手冊以及行為準則. |
