職位描述 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責: 1. Daily receptionist affairs: Reception of visitors, interviewees, answering phone calls, organizing meeting rooms, 5S, WIFI update, etc. 日常前臺事務(wù): 接待訪客、面試者,電話接聽,會議室整理, 5S, WIFI更新等。 2. Vehicles: Responsible for daily shuttle buses and employee vehicle usage issues; Reasonably allocate drivers and dispatched vehicles, and settle monthly performance bills; Daily maintenance of company vehicles and leased vehicles, etc. 車輛:負責日常班車,員工車輛管理、使用問題;合理調(diào)配司機及外派車輛調(diào)度;月度績效賬單結(jié)算;日常公司車輛及租用車輛的維護保養(yǎng)等。 3. Canteen: Responsible for daily menu updates, weekend dining statistics, complaint handling, daily inspection and monthly meetings; Use the meal system and Gaia system to conduct monthly settlement for suppliers, as well as manage monthly recharge of employee consumption cards and visitor cards; Reasonably manage meal and retail suppliers, as well as handle other canteen needs. 食堂:負責日常菜單更新,周末就餐統(tǒng)計,投訴處理,日檢月會;使用餐飯系統(tǒng)及蓋雅系統(tǒng)對供應(yīng)商進行月度結(jié)算,以及員工消費卡按月充值和訪客卡的管理;合理管理餐飯供應(yīng)商及零售供應(yīng)商以及其他食堂需求的處理。 4. Daily administrative work: Application and distribution of business cards, seals, stationery, coffee, etc.; Courier reconciliation; Assistance in filling out claims information for employee Allianz insurance. 日常行政類工作:名片、印章、公用文具、咖啡等申請及派發(fā);快遞對賬;員工安聯(lián)保險理賠資料填寫指導等。 5. Other projects: Support various company activities: such as Women's Day, Excellent Employee Evaluation, Employee Survey, various communication meetings, Annual Party, etc. 其他項目類:例如婦女節(jié)活動,優(yōu)秀員工評比,員工調(diào)研,各類溝通會,年會等的支持。 6. Other tasks assigned by Superior. 上級安排的其他工作任務(wù) SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任職要求條件: Education & Major 學歷與專業(yè) College Degree or above大專及以上學歷 Job Related Experience 相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 2 years above preferred 2年以上 Total Working Experience整體工作經(jīng)驗 3 years above preferred 3年以上 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知識 Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, such as Excel, PPT, Word, etc. 熟練使用微軟辦公軟件,如Excel、PPT、Word等 Can use SAP system prefer. 有SAP 系統(tǒng)使用經(jīng)驗的更佳 Others 其他 1. Simple English communication. 簡單的英語溝通 2.
