| 工作描述： |
Job Responbility: 1.Analyze the forecast from customers, considering production capacity and raw materials supplying. 2.Communicate with sales/customers support to work out weekly and rolling monthly demand. 3.Daily checking sale orders from customers and conform to customer support. 4.Work with production to prepare production plan based on stock, customer forecast, sequence and follow up, work with logistics to secure delivery to customers on time. 5.Work with warehouse to check RM stock to ensure production smoothly. 6.Work with manager to prepare monthly RM purchase request. 7.Control FG inventory, weekly review with manager and adjust the safety stock of FG to meet with customers demands. 8.Monthly review and deal with slow moving and non-moving FG with other departments. 9.Raw material inventory control and prepare rolling forecast based on forecast from customers. 10.Monthly reports related planning prepared. 11.Other tasks assigned by manager. Job Requirement: 1.University degree, working experience in automotive industry and familiar with JIT supplying will be preferred. 2.Good English both in Oral and writing, good communications skills. 3.At least 5 years experiences in production planning, material planning and control, Inventory management. 4.Good knowledge of ERP such as MPS and MRP, having experience of SAP will be preferred. 5. GoodMS-OFFICEskills. |
