? Support the strategic planning of the department by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the department, within a short or medium-range time frame. 支持部門的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，通過細(xì)化或制定部門業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃，涵蓋短期或中期時(shí)間范圍。 ? Support implement guidelines, processes and systems (APS,MRP etc.) in his/her area of responsibility. 支持導(dǎo)入物流系統(tǒng)（如APS、MRP等） ? Organize capacity assessment based long term, mid term forecast and historic sales, adjust inventory structure accordingly. 基于長(zhǎng)期、中期預(yù)測(cè)和歷史銷售數(shù)據(jù)組織產(chǎn)能評(píng)估，并相應(yīng)調(diào)整庫(kù)存結(jié)構(gòu)。 ? Arrange production scheduling, control the production fulfillment. Coordinate delivery to customers on time. 安排生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，控制生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行。協(xié)調(diào)按時(shí)交付給客戶。 ? Issue material orders to suppliers, ensure materials are supplied to the production on time, predict the shortage risk and tracking material under control. 向供應(yīng)商發(fā)出物料訂單，確保物料按時(shí)供應(yīng)到生產(chǎn)中，預(yù)測(cè)短缺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并跟蹤物料控制情況。 ? Lead Sales & Operation Planning meeting, balance with sales, manufacturing to prepare related resources and fulfil customer order. 主持銷售和運(yùn)營(yíng)會(huì)議，與銷售和制造部門協(xié)調(diào)，準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)資源以滿足客戶訂單。 ? Control Date on Hand of inventory under the target, avoid excess stock and push the consuming. 控制庫(kù)存的天數(shù)在目標(biāo)范圍內(nèi)，避免庫(kù)存過剩并推動(dòng)庫(kù)存消耗。 ? Handle relevant sample import and export with associated company in US and UK .Tracking import supplier materials delivery on time. 處理英國(guó)和美國(guó)關(guān)聯(lián)公司的樣件進(jìn)出口手續(xù)。跟蹤進(jìn)口供應(yīng)商材料的按時(shí)交付。 ? Other tasks appointed by his/her supervisor. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。 Essential Qualifications & Experience 基本資格和經(jīng)驗(yàn) ? Familiarity with production process. 熟悉生產(chǎn)流程。 ? Familiarity with materials purchased process. 熟悉采購(gòu)流程。 ? Familiarity with import& export process. 悉進(jìn)出口流程。 ? Fundamental knowledge of quality management/tools。 具備質(zhì)量管理/工具的基本知識(shí)。 ? Has worked with ERP systems for at least 2 years. 至少有2年使用ERP系統(tǒng)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 ? Excellent data dealing ability, with EXCEL, WORD, ACCESS, or similar tools. 優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力，熟練使用EXCEL、WORD、ACCESS或類似工具。 ? Experience in cooperating with colleagues and customers/suppliers. 具有與同事和客戶/供應(yīng)商合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 |
