| 工作描述： |
- Drive continuous packaging improvement to achieve a cost-optimized supply chain (supplier to customer) with sufficient product protection. - Work with cross functional teams to ensure packaging is developed on time and meet requirements of all parties involved according to the PDP process. - Collect all requirements related to packaging (supplier to customer) and prepare packaging concept with supplier. - Evaluation and approval of packaging materials with help of affected departments. - Provide packaging spec and packaging prototypes for product & pack stability evaluation. - Creation of bills of material (BOM) for packaging in SAP, change/adjust of master data in SAP. - Maintain and documentate relevant packaging information in PLM software (work orders, new packaging parts etc.). - Manage various qualification tests and reports for packaging materials by using external authorized labs. - support purchasing department to identify and introduce suitable packaging suppliers. Requirements - Education: technical direction - Excellent in both oral and written English (and as well Chinese) - Diligent and independent way of working - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members - Mobility and willingness to travel - MS Excel, Word and Power Point, reading and understanding of technical drawings are preferred - SAP skills are preferred - knowledge in packaging of PCBs/electronic products helpful - Qualifications: For work experience at least 5 years, location would be Taicang. |
